      Unprofessional and toxic environment

      Pros

      It’s easy data entry work. You can cash out your earnings daily using DailyPay.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with high school like drama, no growth in the company, occasional meetings to discuss only about “bad” things we are doing, company doesn’t appreciate you, no incentives for doing more workload and being fast, no PTO, you are forever hire as a temp, they don’t want you to be talking to anyone around you, lot of gossipers, upper management look like they hate their jobs and they’re not nice to you either. Upper management loves gossiping in Spanish to others. Everyone looks unhappy here.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good for the staffing industry. Generally treats employees pretty well.

      Cons

      Mostly related to the industry. I think they could do a better job of curating their clients (not every client serves as a valuable partner). But that's easy for me to say. It is very difficult for a manager of a staffing company/branch to turn away business and I understand why.
