Pros
-The people in the branch offices have tremendous opportunity to excel. -Benefits are OK. -Good opportunity for those who like to travel.
Cons
-Company is going through tremendous change - turnover is almost 100% at corporate office. -Management does not share information with staff. We are left to find out what is going on through the gossip at the water cooler. -People are terminated for no obvious reason and replaced with "friends" from former relationships. -Offices and positons are changed weekly ... moving from one floor to another, one cubicle to another, from department to department ... it gets very disturbing and causes fear and insecurity.
