Join if you don't have other options ( that too for short term only) and willing to sacrifise your life

Pros

Nothing much at all except weekly pay and few times good contacts with clients. Nothing at all apart from this

Cons

Insurance benefit is not so good at all especially if you have a kid. Benefits options are less too only 2 options and you would always end up spending more. It will take age's to reach the deductable. Micromanagement. if you are on immigrant visa than this is a complete no no company to join. Think 1000 times before joining and ask 100 people atlease if you are doing the right job. Still if you convinced this is the best than good luck. everything runs on few individuals and what they say. There is no long term career growth at all. sometimes the same job comes through different vendors, would say better wait for the other vendor rather than making a huge mistake in your life and thinking about that for the rest of your life
