      Pros

      After hearing about the influx of bad reviews I felt I should share my own experience with Advantage Resourcing. I have worked for various well known corporate recruitment firms as well as small boutique recruitment businesses and Advantage are by far the worst I have ever come across. The only Pro i can think of would be that if you pretend to be friendly with the "management" team and take their constant bullying of members of staff for "banter" then you can can get away without doing very much. Commission can be ok but ultimately just not worth the stress when there are so many other reputable companies out there.

      Cons

      Everything - the office - the management You are constantly on edge as the management seem to take pride in coming across as "ruthless". Completely miss sell the business at interview - do not believe anything these people have to say. If you decide to leave you are unable to tell any of your colleagues and are rushed out the backdoor. If they find out you are looking at other opportunities, you will be pulled in to a meeting by management as I was as they question and attempt to intimidate you.
