      Pay cheque, location of office

      Cons

      No clear IT strategy or direction. Too many conflicting priorities all of which needed to be delivered yesterday Manager was "aloof", and more interested in bringing ex-colleagues into the team, absolutely no team communication

      I am sorry you feel you had a negative experience with Advantage. This is not indicative of the experience our successful employees have with us, and we have a high satisfaction rate in our exit interviews from all those who move on from our employ. We do however recognize that a termination of employment is disappointing for all parties and likely to result in a negative and incorrect review .       Pros

      Extensive paid training, weekly pay, secure building, incentives close to the end of open enrollment, multiple monitors to make multi tasking easier, rely on neighbors for help.

      Cons

      Management isn't the most helpful.
