If you can pick your boss and then have authority and responsibility to build and lead your own team, it's a good environment

Cons

Politically charged atmosphere close to the top. Top management unaware. Power struggle within. No company brand.

I am unable to respond to the Employer's response, so I have created a new review for this.

Cons

HR was informed of all of the issues spoken about, and I was informed HR would handle it. Once HR was involved, my situation became worse. How many times can one be reported to HR by different employees without being fired? More than 5, so please, talking to anyone in the HR department is a waste of breath.
