Pros

I worked at Samsung through Atterro for almost three years. The pay was good and I was even given benefits.

Cons

My assignment ended because my department along with several others, was moved to New Jersey. When I applied for unemployment benefits, TWC approved my benefits, but Atterro applied the approval. Atterro has a loophole in their welcome package that states that you must contact them twice a week after an assignment has ended or you will be considered as voluntarily quitting and they will deny your unemployment benefits. I had an exit interview my last day. i asked about unemployment and was told i would receive it. There was no mention of the call twice a week requirement. It was very decentful. So please beware this company. They are not to be trusted.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on Atterro. I want to clarify that Atterro has no authority to deny unemployment, and that the policy you are referring to is a state law that says anyone working for a staffing agency is required to make themselves available within a certain amount of time, and to maintain contact. If you have questions regarding this law I encourage you to take a look at your states unemployment website. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Atterro, please feel free to reach out to our Human Resources Department to discuss further.
