A joke!

Pros

The ability to manage yourself

Cons

The same as the pro (the ability to manage yourself with ZERO direction from upper management, lazy senior management who will not help you grow the market but will only place blame on staff. They will lie and tell you that you are walking into a branch that is profitable only to find out that it is completely in the red! You will not make a decent bonus and the starting salary is underpaid compared to the market. Beware of the constant turn over (it is for a reason!) they invest ZERO in their employees and it shows everyday in their lack of presence in the market

Pros

The majority of the internal folks are friendly, benefits are better then average....

Cons

The offices are extremely unorganized and chaotic, there is not one cohesive training program so people fly by the seat of their pants (lots of paperwork is lost or done incorrectly). Upper management is a joke! The internal software systems are a even funnier from 2000 at best, payroll is sometimes FAXED into the office, managers skimp on office supplies because there is hardly a budget for coffee and creamer for them. The offices are extremely lean and typically have 2-5 employees so everyone works 10 times harder with NO extra pay. Corporate thinks you should bow down to them when they call and/or stop by the office, very rude to branch employees. Overall customer satisfaction is low mainly because the quality of employees being placed is low, they are not thoroughly screened, lots of turnover. Secondly, customers are being billed incorrectly and/or paperwork is consistently incorrect. Overall office moral is extremely low everyone complains about being there, tight budgets, lack of guidance, upper management, and overall chaos!
