Pros

They are in compliance with all labor laws.

Cons

Where to start? The owner / CEO personally reviews all employee timecards everyday. If you are one minute late, it's a serious offense. This applies to employees at all professional levels. Very rigid environment with zero opportunities to grow & thrive in your career. It's also slightly ironic that they sell to coffee delivery companies, yet they require employees to bring their own coffee to work. Free coffee in the work place is a trivial thing, but it speaks volumes in regards to this working environment.

Pros

The people who work here are really good, hard working people with lots of ideas. The customer base is also very nice to work with.

Cons

The company is micro-managed and employees are not always able to provide the level of service to customers that they have the potential of providing.

Pros

Great company to work for with flexible hours and good benefits. Pay is appropriate for the area - though not like the Bay area! Management hires strong employees to compliment the team in Turlock. Company provides lunch at least once a month. Usually when sales goals are met. Growth of the company is strong.

Cons

The pace is fast! The owner makes it a challenge to keep up. No day off for my birthday.
