Pros

Nice place to work, short commute, good products and people. They try to keep it fun and upbeat place to work.

Cons

Some of the benefits and compensation isn't as good as other companies, but not bad for Central Valley versus Bay Area.

Pros

Advantage Route Systems is a great company to work for, they office room to grow in your department, and there is a diverse group of individuals who work for the company. The company offers quarterly pay increases, and benefits.

Cons

At Advantage Route Systems, even though they offer benefits I would like to see an improvement on the quality of health insurance offered at the company. Options for different health coverage, or even a better provider all together.

Pros

The people and work environment are top notch! Cooperative, friendly, and industry experts, the ARS team is great to be a part of. Management does a great job keeping a fun atmosphere and making sure employees get what they need to succeed and thrive.

Cons

It is a rare company for its location, but does maintain some aspects some people would find unattractive such as compensation/benefits competitive for the specific area, and being in a more rural surrounding.
