Pros

Really enjoyed the people I worked with. Some of my favorite people I have ever called coworkers. Never was I overloaded with work. Fantastic work/life balance when I worked there.

Cons

Never got a raise.. Upper leadership and management literally just disappeared. Some of the new hires were getting paid more than I was after a year plus of being there. No career growth opportunities.
