Pros
You get to meet and interact with a lot of people. Most of the associates you work with are great and work together as a team. The job is fun and the work is not hard.
Cons
The company does not recognize hard work and loyalty. You never get a raise, and you are paid the same pay as a new employee. It doesn't matter how many years you have worked for this company, a new employee will get the same amount if not more hours than you do. The company just doesn't appreciate their dependable employees..
