Work/Life balance is virtually NIL. Poor communication. Company direction changes weekly, and sometimes daily. They are basically a middleman for other companies. Impossible goals for poor incentives.

Where do I begin? My biggest gripe is car compensation-they have already cut this twice-to the point some days I have to borrow gas money-you are responsible for all repairs, oil changes, insurance,tires etc. They adjust your mileage rate down when gas is cheaper but never raise it when its high. Wear and tear is not compensated at all in fact I figured out at the end of last year it cost me thousands to maintain my vehicle out of pocket. The mileage rate they give you after the first 40 and last 40 miles is a disgrace-when last year it was the first and last 20 miles. I have got one 25 cent raise in 5 years as the top rep on my team and had to fight for it. It is a shame they don't understand that they take food off our table while the ceo's are getting fatter.
