If you're looking for a great company to work for, look somewhere else!!!!
Pros
In the beginning, there were several pros about this company. Right now I can't think of one.
Cons
Back stabbers. lack of communication, no support from supervisor, condescending, talk down to you, continually taking from the employee ie: mileage, how they handle their contribution to 401K plan, no gas cards for using your own vehicle, (mileage reimbursement is lower than the government allows) and now they are making smaller territories and increasing your commute time so they don't have to pay you as much mileage. They consider commute 60 mins each way. If your first stop is 65 mins away they will only pay you for 5 mins. I'm telling you right now, look at other companies. This company is only rated 45% nationwide and that's NOT GOOD.
