      If you work hard, you will be rewarded here. There are a ton of opportunities for growth and to move up within the company. ASM genuinely values its employees.

      Cons

      Some work has time constraints, therefore it may be necessary to work longer than the typical 40 hour week.

      Pros

      The LDA programs gives an individual a chance to learn about the CPG industry, they are teamwork driven environment, they provide helpful and positive feedback,and management wants you to succeed and work your way up in the company. There is so much room for growth.

      Cons

      The only cons about the LDA program is you are working at the bottom. However, they do not take advantage of this situation and you do learn from every task given.
