      Great structure and diverse workforce Outstanding employee services Family atmosphere maintaining a business first attitude Latest use of technology Highly developed thought and effort go into training employees Helping hands everywhere, there are no questions that are left unanswered Tons of avenues to choose from where YOU want to take your career Supportive of great and innovative ideas that the company can use First class amenities when on business trips Ability to travel or stay local depending on your career path

      Some of the climbing of the "corporate ladder" can really be menial and tedious activity There are some paperwork and bureaucratic hoops that have to be jumped through that can cause headaches Field training can be frustrating Handling multiple bosses at a single time can be a struggle at times The amount of filling out surveys/reports to get something can be frustrating Sometimes the help you recieve can frustrate you further (true in all careers noted*)

      Pros

      The ACE program gives new hires a chance to get real world CPG industry experiece, while in paid training. You get to work with other ACE candidates all over the nation to complete projects that give you a better understanding of what the company does. They provide you with all the resources you need to help advance your career. While in training, you get to see almost every aspect of the company, and they give you the opportunity to switch your role at almost any time!

      Cons

      This is a very fast paced company. There are no future plans set in stone, so there are many last minute changes. You almost always have to be available through email.

      - LDA program that has tons of potential for Advancement - Compensation, benefit packages and evaluation processes are all fair toward employees

      Cons

      - Work in store can be tedious. Difficult to see "Fruits of Labor".
