Pros
The ACE program give you the opportunity to see all the different aspects of the company at an accelerated pace. You are given a mentor/coach who is available at all times to assit you during your new venture in the CPG industry!
Cons
If you are put into the program as Sales Associate you do not have much of an opportunity to learn the marketing side of the company. Most of the ACEs are put into the Sales position than the Marketing.
