The Accelerated Career Experience, also known as LDA, is an amazing program that gives you an insight into the company as well as the industry. The program is supported from the top down and provides the LDAs the opportunity to interact with senior leaders on a daily basis. The exposure you get in the company is remarkable. The program allows you to learn what you like and dislike within the industry which then lets you figure out the career path you want to take in the company. The talent development team and leaders help you grow as a leader and really want you to excel within the company.

Cons

The only con would be the location of placement; however you don’t have to accept if you don’t want to.

Cons

Unfortunately, like many occupations tend to do, this company does require you to wake up earlier than on the weekends. Working hard is what we strive to do in order to acquire great successes and that is what we do. We stand by our promise and keep our reputation strong with many clients.

competitive pay for a high school graduate flexible hours for a school student

Cons

our district is so flawed but ill start with a few cons upper management is thrown into thier position with no knowledge at all about their job and not even quailified for thier position, leaving event specialist to train management at the same hourly rate Job demostrates discrimination on a constant basis but preaches equal opprunitinity employmnet you will never be promoted unless you suck up to upper management and if your anything but caucausion you can kiss a upper management position goodbye You will not get any raises Vacation hour system is flawed I can go on all day about the cons, this job is a job and thank god for it but if your intrested in this job as a career choice and want to excell at this career, look further
