Pros
This is a very large company and there are many options available to those who want to move up through the ranks. I believe the leadership cares about the welfare and happiness of the employees. They do invest more in training than many other companies do in this industry.
Cons
In my position I work remotely so my primary conduit of information with my company is through my immediate supervisor. Unfortunately, he is very bad at communicating. He is extremely well qualified and knowledgable but he just doesn't call, email, or do conference calls. That's the only negative I've experienced with this company. Every Manager is different and I'm sure there are many who communicate very well.
