Good job for someone who has other sources of income to take care of ALL expences!
Pros
Interseting work. Get to meet a variety of people and see all the new products (mostly prepared convience foods). You are inside a retail store. Work is mostly independent, not a lot of management looking over your shoulder.
Cons
No chance of advancement. No raises-what you start at is what you get even after years of work. Your manager is not very good about returning calls or emails. You pretty well have to figure out things on your own or call corp support and stay on hold for at least a half hour before they answer-using your phone minutes. Hours are very irregular and cannot be depended on. One week you may work 24 and the next week nothing. They hire and hire with no work for their existing employees. If you need a few bucks for that extra little something its ok but it's very hard to get enough hours to pay any regular bills.
