      Company has a solid track record with its clients Company has some great clients (if you are lucky enough to work on one of those programs)

      Pros

      This is a continually growing company so a lot is expected of its employees; at the same time, the company recognizes those who work hard and contribute, at all levels of the organization. The company also puts a premium on employee satisfaction and continues to focus its leaders on the need to effectively develop and mentor team members and keep them engaged in their jobs and the company overall.

      Cons

      It is a large company and therefore some things that happen quickly in a small company can take longer here; however, this can also help ensure decisions are well thought out. Some equally large companies have some benefits / programs which could bring additional value to this company, such as a richer tuition reimbursement program and employer matching for charitable donations.
