      Pros

      Great place to work for those who are self starters and able to work independently with minimal supervisor. Most, not all, have freedom to adjust their schedules as needed. My experience has been positive, with the freedom to develop my area in support of overall company goals and individual goals. Company has always expressed a valid interest and care in its employees. Internal websites host variety of information to assist associates.

      Cons

      Communicaton to remote field based associates can sometimes be challenging.

      Pros

      In today’s economy it feels comforting to work for a successful company which continues to deliver growth year over year. ASM’s business is relatable, interesting, and constantly evolving to provide new services to new clients. The dynamic environment illustrates the entrepreneurial spirit of ASM leaders and is inspirational to hard-working professionals. I have found that dedicated employees are recognized and fairly compensated for their effort and commitment to driving positive results for ASM.

      Cons

      One improvement I would like to see is professional development and training that is better publicized and made more readily-available for all ASM employees.

      Pros

      I've been fortunate to have managers that take the time to teach and listen. My managers are always appreciative of my efforts and take the time to tell me so. We have great camaraderie within our team and all team members are always willing to jump in and help when needed. I have a perfect balance between work and home life and that balance allows me to really enjoy what I do at ASM.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t necessarily call it a downside, but it would be helpful if ASM Connects was a little more user friendly. It's difficult to find what you're looking for on ASM Connects.
