      Pros

      The work is very challenging and we all work together to reach our objectives. I feel as though I am part of a solid team all focused and dedicated on achieving the goals of the company. Honesty and Integrity are words we use often to describe our business code of ethics and expectations.

      Cons

      Much of the work and travel in my division happens on weekends. While the work is steady and the future looks bright it is challenging to find the work/life balance at times. To be successful I am engaged to some degree 7 days a week.

      Pros

      The leadership is clearly making good decisions as there has been significant growth. If one is willing to work cooperatively they will have opportunity for advancement. Despite its large size it still feel entreprenuerial.

      Cons

      With the growth one can be stretched in many directions. It is hard to stay on top of all the changes.

      Pros

      They are fair. They keep their employees well informed of what is going on within the company by having regular town hall meetings. They treat employees fairly. They offer opportunities to increase your knowledge with webinars. The benefits are great. They have one of the best holiday schedules around.

      Cons

      I would like to make more money. Would like to have a better/higher tuition reimbursement policy.
