      Pros

      The employees you get to work with can be a great group of people. Interaction with customers can be fun & exciting.

      Cons

      Senior Management is very disorganized and does not know how to take care of their employees. They only care about themselves. HR definitly does not help at all & seems to not even know how to do their job. Payroll is slow & can't even get your paycheck out on time. Any personal changes you need to make will take at least 2 months for them to process. Poor salary, no incentives, no raises. Denied bonuses. Senior Management is definitly to blame, they have no clue what is going on in their company and or do not care.

      this is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for,with only upper management, and office people benefitting.

      Pros

      the team members and sams employees that strive to excell in their work ethics.

      Cons

      high benifits that do very little you healthwise,Being on call 24/7 and maybe get 6/12 hours of pay. Training is a real issue, people are sent to the floor without knowing how to use equipment, or how to do a demo sample. If you talk to DM or someone in ASM about how things are done in your club it is told or emailed to club supervisor and that person is treat like Crap.
