      Pros

      Reasonable level of work goals. Minimum on site supervision, a lot of sick time and personal time vacation and holidays, Great supervision. As a new hie first year you get 5 sick days ten days vacation 3 personell days and 6 holidays a year. Supervision is very forgiving of mistakes will work with to make sure you understand you role and what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Low pay for new york area with a low 45 cent per mile reimbursement for car. Medical benefit for decent medical plan is expensive 400 per month for one plus spouse less if you do not smoke,

      Cons

      Pay, Work load can be overwhelming, unfair treatment of RSMs, Nitpicking instead of nuturing, Only has Development for young college kids.

      The Only benefit is that they pay well (when you get hours)

      Cons

      Overhiring, reduction in hours, not making a living. Not scheduling a week in advance. Having the favorites work all the available hours. Hiding information about vacation earned. In 2010 I discovered I lost vacation pay at year end (I had no idea,) When hired I was guaranteed 26 to 32. hours. Every contact in Human Resourses does not return calls. The only thing the supervisors do is make up new rules. Employee handbooks never given out. The favorite employees have work made up by supervisors so they can get mor hours when there is low no. of events
