      Pros

      This job is extremely flexible. Choose your own projects and set your own schedule. You will know the rate of pay and the work required before you take a project.

      Cons

      There is no reward for a job well done. No feedback when you do well or have a problem.The supervisors are stretched to the max with no time for support or training.The projects are awarded on a first come basis so there is no bonus for being a long time excellent employee. This is a good job for someone who doesn't require a steady income.

      Pros

      Good job to have while looking for another job.

      Cons

      Constant changes with little or no direction from upper management. Fuel cards and auto allowance is not in line with the actual costs to the employee. No pay increases even with excellent reviews. No tools or training to do the job effectively. Many unforseen expenses that are required but not reimbursed nor compensated to the employee.

      Pros

      A very high hourly wage, $18.50. There are no sales quotas to meet. Training is easy and accessible through their website.

      Cons

      Not allowed any days off. Managers have no trust in their employees, so you are mystery shopped every week. Have to sit through b/s hype conference call every other week.
