I was told 4 months ago that I would be getting a raise at ASM (this would be my first raise in almost 2 years). Despite numerous e-mails and contacts with management, I have heard very little from them since. Basically, they like to dangle the carrot of the raise in front of you and hope that you don't complain too much. Even though the company is growing, prying anything from their purse strings is like squeezing blood from a turnip. Additionally, it seems that middle management practically does nothing all day. They postpone reviews constantly and rarely assist lower level CSR's with major problems that they encounter, despite requests for help.
