      1.It is easy to get a job 2.everyday working hours are clearly defined 3. You are working independently every day

      Cons

      1. Management does not care about you at all 2. They changed my salary without any notice 3. Company promised 25 hours a week, but in reality sometimes it was 10. 4. They can cancel already scheduled event and they don't care that you need this money
