      The pay isn't fair

      Working alone without any supervision.

      Cons

      Questionable piece pay for some products which can drop your hourly pay to $12-$14 hr. Showing up to the store on your scheduled day and there's nothing to assemble. No compensation for that. Working by yourself is good but also bad. Many products are extremely heavy. Some boxes says two people needed. But you must do it alone. For the last 8 years with toolboxes we used to just assemble them and be done with it. Now we have to put safety straps, take pictures of the strap and take pictures of the casters in place. That takes extra time. It doesn't sound like much but for piece pay that lowers what you make an hour. No extra compensation.

      Working independently unsupervised, paid for travel time and mileage low effort

      Cons

      Disorganized to the point of doing double work and double documents, trying to please your supervisor as well as the store manger who both have completely different objectives. Faulty and or slow equipment. Running out of space in your personal vehicle and your home becoming storage for this company. They used to pay for a month to month storage unit but they stopped. Asinine conference calls conducted WHILE you are working inside a store. Stores never having what the company thinks they do so you are unable to complete a project and you are sent there to complete and being punished and having to go back multiple tines to
