      Restructure Making Employees Uneasy

      Pros

      Because I'm in an admin position, I am able to work remotely every day. The office in which I worked was sold a couple of years ago, I handled a specific market and was free to do the job without a lot of management direction. My teammates were great; we all worked well with each other.

      Cons

      Last year they began instituting a "People First" structure, then immediately sent a ton of jobs to India and fired the people who were previously doing those jobs. I saw the writing on the wall, so I accepted a voluntary retirement and will have to find a new job.

      Pros

      It’s hard to come up with a ‘pro’ of working for this company. The benefits are what you would expect?

      Cons

      The culture is trash. I poured my soul into my role with this company with dreams of growth and opportunity and gave them everything, but nothing can fix the data issues or the poor attitude of senior management. How can I collect funds without proper data? “The aging isn’t going down”, well, that’s because the numbers aren’t even correct. I consistently provided spreadsheets of proof that the data was wrong and made slideshow after slideshow on how to fix it but I was ignored. They hire people over your head who are unqualified and have no clue what they are doing which further put you in a hole, then blame it on you. The “people first” attitude is a total joke. I cannot warn you enough, do not work here. Oh and the pay is absolute insanity, not even competitive with today’s market whatsoever.
