Pros
It is not difficult to do. You get to meet a lot of people. You feel at home if you befriend and gain trust with the stores management and staff. Work independently, so you have a greater sense of responsibility which will give you confidence. They care about their employees health and wellness.
Cons
The apps they use are all over the place. If the app is down or something goes wrong, it turns into a soup of mess that takes longer to fix than you will get paid for. No reimbursement for mileage. no benefits and the pay is less than I have ever worked for
