Advantage Technical reviews

As an employee working at the technical assistance center in Allen Park, you are not allowed to talk or ask questions to anyone around you. Management members "operations team members" walk up and down the isles looking for anyone that doesn't have their eyes on the computer and will yell, swear, and put you down in front of your peers. No employees are paid more than the ones that are training them, health benefits are so expensive, you wouldn't be able to afford a place to live, but you'll have health care. No pay increases are given to any employees. If you bring up any issues you have, you will be retaliated against. I've worked many jobs just to get by, this was the worst work environment I have ever been in. HR sends out surveys asking about the work environment, but nothing changes. They may even respond to this review. They should read the reviews that are being left on glass door. 1.4 stars for the Allen Park location should tell you that you guys have a problem.
