Pros

The salary is quite good for a Recruiting Coordinator position and the "unit management" system, which focuses on incremental growth, is outstanding. There is a lot of good communication between the C-level and the branch (local) level with quarterly calls that very clearly outline how the company is performing. They also recognize their employees regularly, with contests, annoucements about promotions or successful projects, and highlighting individual and team acheivements.

Cons

Limited growth potential, since it's a staffing firm you're pretty limited to expanding into recruitment or sales. If you want to go into those areas though, management encourages internal promotion. Benefits are okay, but not great- a little expensive for medical/dental, and there are no tuition reimbursement plans, no match on the 401K, and not many other benefits outside of health. They also use ridiculous branded titles, like "Associate Care Representative" instead of a more traditional "Recruiting Coordinator" or "HR Coordinator" that actually describe the position.

Pros

Great Place to get experience and make connections. You will learn a lot, both good and bad, about the recruiting/resourcing game.

Cons

This is one of those companies that will tell prospective contracted employees ANYTHING to get them to sign a contract and into a job. They will get you into a job but will lie cheat and steal to do so. I left because they wanted me to lie to clients (prospective employees). They treat not only the employees they contract to other employers this way but even those they hire in-house as recruiters. Just a part of their culture... Not a bad co. great place to get some exp. either working for them or being contracted through them, but be warned. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING THAT THEY'VE PROMISED BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!!!
