Pros

People are like a family, that's only if you connect with the right group of people

Cons

Zero career growth, great for someone who's fresh out of college that needs some experience to put on their resume, or someone who is retiring soon and looking for a stable job. Otherwise, Advantech contributes greatly to employees' insurance premiums.

Fellow employees were great and a good place to learn for someone's first job. The environment does encourage teamwork and cross collaboration.

Cons

As with many companies, upper management could use some work. The company is run like a family business with lack of innovation.
