Pros
Truly the best and warmest people I’ve worked with in my career. Everyone is genuinely open to helping you learn and grow and very understanding. I actually feel like part of a family and feel cared for by all the people I work with. Fun events/benefits from time to time. Great sense of community.
Cons
Poorly structured management. All company decisions are funneled through only one person in charge. Directors are even powerless to help their employees. Really bad turnover rates and employees at all levels including Senior staff and Directors are becoming miserable, overworked, and underpaid. There is also no recognition for any of the hard work people put into the company. Changes are unable to happen quick enough. Company policies are confusing and there is no clear direction.
