Good experience in sales. You will learn to be autonomous quickly.

Cons

Worst leadership of anywhere I have worked. They find ways to kill deals, after you have put in months (sometimes a year's worth) of work. Also, very high turnover. Not just in sales, almost half the product management turned over (40+ people) in the 3 years that I worked there. My entire team changed, 12+ sales people, in 3 years. All moved onto better things.

Good benefits at a reasonable cost.

Cons

Pay, working environment, lack of leadership, you spend more of your time doing non sales related tasks instead of sales which is what I was hired to do. Micro-management, putting emphasis on insignificant details.
