Opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility quickly and work with diverse clients.

Cons

There is a complete lack of psychological safety, no consideration for work-life balance, a toxic work culture that thrives on blame-shifting, a tokenistic approach to diversity and inclusion, no HR function, very little PTO, and below-competitive compensation.
