      Pros

      Administration supports dept functions and defends against physician abuse to nursing staff.

      Cons

      The hospital is comprised of numerous "cliques". If you are not in the "in" crowd, you will never succeed. HR is not comprised of people who will assist employees in trouble.

      Pros

      Time off and flexibility is good and the balance between work and home. Very family oriented.

      Cons

      Very clique based. If you have an opinion you are banished out. The preference is for overly religious employees who don't mind being led by the nose and going with the flow. Directors and some managers are very insecure about their positions. Disorganized overall.
