Cons

Old crappy hospital, hr just give you another number to call. Leadership is clueless, can't get info on anything employees ask. Religion is injected into everything.

The entire interview and hiring process has been professional, courteous, and pleasant. The interview was thorough, engaging, and informative. I was provided clear, detailed instructions for each step and everyone treated me with courtesy and respect. Pay and benefits are very competitive and the professional development programs are exciting. Great experience!

Pros

Allow you to move into leadership fast because there is no staff.

Cons

My manager had to be fired due to multiple employees going to HR. My educator didn’t care if I had a death in the family when I had to miss some of the day evidence practice meetings. They don’t care if you are night shift and you work the night before and after you still have to be there at 8 am or you get written up. Educator will harass you if you don’t have the million hour long computer education done within the first month of you working. Managers will talk bad about you to other staff and in front of patients. The pay is awful and if you are sick with the flu and need to call out for the first time they will text and call you telling you that you “really need to come in tonight”.
