Good alliance with co-workers and other employees throughout the hospital. Positive atmosphere. Always busy. Never a dull moment.

Cons

when I left the hospital was going into a leased contract with CHS. This turned MRMC from a not for profit hospital to a for profit. I saw a lot of people losing their jobs and the turn over was outrageous. My manager said to bail if I could and I did and I have no regrets since I have friends that still work there and I do not hear very many positive aspects for being an employee there anylonger.
