Pros

The people were mostly friendly, hardworking and enjoyable to be around. There was a lot of flexibility with scheduling for everyone.

Cons

It Was a good place to work until CHS bought out Monroe Regional Medical Center and patient safety began to suffer. Benefits also drastically changed

Pros

Was a great place to work until CHS took over. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there now, to work or be a patient.

Cons

After owning us for a year and promising raises that were 6 years over due, most people got 1.7 %, the others got nothing. They are all about the numbers and how many people they can admit into the hospital. Good experienced nurses that have worked there for years are leaving in droves, and they don't care. They just keep having the ones that are left take more and more patients.
