Pros

This is a community based hospital that service the health of sick people with compassion and dedication. A nice place to work for because the employees are warm and friendly.

Cons

Our patient bed count depends directly on seasonal increase such as winter months being the heaviest patients bed count. This means the other time of the year we are low in patient counts and that causes a decrease in work hours.

Pros

A very well respected hospital with a variety of highly ranked areas of medical care. In general it is a very good place to work. I really enjoyed my coworkers, both within the department and throughout the company. The vast majority of the senior leadership is wonderful and inspiring to work for and seems dedicated to making Munroe a great place to work. I am proud to work for a not-for-profit healthcare system that provided such amazing patient care.
