Pros

A very well respected hospital with a variety of highly ranked areas of medical care. In general it is a very good place to work. I really enjoyed my coworkers, both within the department and throughout the company. The vast majority of the senior leadership is wonderful and inspiring to work for and seems dedicated to making Munroe a great place to work. I am proud to work for a not-for-profit healthcare system that provided such amazing patient care.

Pros

Good hours, positive working environment, good pay, good benefits, good food in the lunch room. Nice gift shop as well.

Cons

No cons other than a smoke free enviornment. Maybe it will get better in the years to come. We will see.
