One weekend day every week, shift options are 10 or 12 hours, pay is not comparable to other SLP opportunities in the area, rehab is held to a very high standard compared to other departments and often asked to do extra work because other departments aren’t held accountable. Management does not back you if there is a conflict between departments and will expect you to bend over backwards to “make it work”, even if that means wasting your time and doing a lot of things that are other people’s responsibility.

Old crappy hospital, hr just give you another number to call. Leadership is clueless, can't get info on anything employees ask. Religion is injected into everything.
