Pros

Great benefits, great pay and work from home. I love helping patients get the care that they need. Faith based employer that encourages prayer and wellbeing not only for their patients but their employees as well. All of our equipment and facilities have the best of the best when it comes to technology and equipment.

Cons

Very demanding and always having to learn new systems and processes. Little to no accountability toward those that don't pull their weight or follow processes correctly.

Pros

Pays better than most companies around.

Cons

Constant change of management who is out of touch with the needs of the department. Lack of staffing makes for unsafe work environment as well as lack of quality patient care. Facility looks at patients as a dollar sign.
