      Pros

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Some things could be organized differently to save time. For example medications could be grouped together so we don't have meds at 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. I feel like the majority of my shift is going to the med room and then giving meds-I don't have enough time to really get to know my patients.
