The people who worked there tried their best with what they had,

Cons

The lab was very busy and there was staffed with minimal employees. The workload and stress was very high and management was poor at handling the situation. Did not pay people competitive salaries and the health insurance options were poor, especially for being in the healthcare industry.

poor employee appreciation, poor benefits, poor leadership, the hospital is very old and dingy. It is terrifying the number of mistakes that occur in this hospital and no one is held accountable.

Good pay and benefits, excellent hospital, well run hospital.

Cons

In my uni( psychiatric 1 south), the hours are terrible, management is less than competent, and deceptive with new hires about the position and the hours.
