      Great benefits, job not so good

      Pros

      Very good health insurance and PTO was pretty decent. You accumulate hours quickly. They have employee appreciation days. And in this department you get to eat for free which is really nice.

      Cons

      Job position is unorganized and outdated. You write patient orders using paper checks when in other locations they already use tablets. Super time consuming to write out each and every assigned patients information about 3 or 4 times everyday! And we're talking about 30+ patients assigned to you. No time for breaks because you are constantly running back and forth between taking trays to rooms, picking them up, calling or visiting patients all on different floors. Definitely overwork their employees. And on top of that you need to clock in earlier to have enough time to recheck patients, because some get discharged and at end of day if you are not caught up with your work you are leaving way after your "clock out time" and no one cares to help.

      Pros

      Pay, benefits, employee perks, flexibility of schedule, the bonuses when offering them to pick up shifts is pretty good, the team on nights, especially on the weekends, are an awesome helpful team of people!

      LPN new graduate training lacks structure.
