      Pros

      Great co-workers, first line leaders (Assistant Nurse Managers) are supportive. Pay is competitive with the area although still insufficient. Team atmosphere on the floor.

      Cons

      Nursing is always being asked to "up their game" whole working in a desert. No supplies, constantly short staffed, equipment is broken or just not there.

      Best Reasons to work at advent health is a great opportunity to grow. It feels like a family house. Issues are resolved in a caring manner. They care about you and your health and mental also . There’s a lot of great perks like a gym and classes counseling if needed to help you maintain and grow here at advent health .

      Cons

      I don’t have down sides sometimes you have to have a lot of patience at times with patients that come in.
