      Pros

      This is a Christian based company that makes things a tad better for those who believe. The pay is okay, however believe that PCT’s whether non cert or cert should be given more credit and even paid more. The best things about working here is that everyone is very helpful and willing to help. Offers tuition reimbursement and benefits start on the very first day of work. Much opportunity to grow.

      Pros

      Everyone I work with is helpful and knowledgable, They have a good team in the ER from my experience so far. I have felt welcomed since day one. The nursing educators and mangement seem like they reaaly care about you and that you are learning and are also happy and content with your job. It is refreshing to work for such a great company,
